How to configure the SMART IPTV application for your Android TV ?

Welcome to ZAP-TV Blog. This blog is made to bring you closer to this passion. You will find everything related to the world of internet TV. You will also find there, from time to time, some offers for servers that we will test for you.

Smart IPTV: Free or paid

The application is free during a 7-day trial period. Then, the application is to be activated for € 5.49 payable only once for each mac address.

The application can be activated from the following link: https://siptv.app/activation/

Smart IPTV for Android smart Tv

The Smart IPTV application is available on Google Playstore. Follow this link to download and install it. If the application is not compatible with your TV, this means that your TV is not an Android TV. You can view the list of devices officially certified as Android TVs at the following link. Mobile phones and tablets are not included in this list and are not compatible with the application.

Install Smart IPTV on Amazon Fire TV

If you have an Amazon Fire TV, the Smart IPTV app is no longer available in the Amazon Apps Store. You can install it on your Fire Tv by visiting the following link: apk.siptv.app at the Downloader app level on your device’s Internet explorer.

Otherwise, you can also follow the this guide to install it on your Fire TV. See the following video on how to move the image of the application to the home screen if the latter does not appear there. If you’ve already installed the app from the Amazon Apps Store, try installing the app from the list of apps purchased on your Amazon account first, then you can update it to the latest version.

Media Player

It is imperative to check the multimedia formats and codecs supported by the Android platform of your device. If your IPTV stream does not work directly on the application, this means that this stream is not supported by the Android codecs previously installed. In this case, you must use a reader external to the application to read your feed (See remote control commands at the bottom of the article).

Important 1: You must install one of the media players available for free on playstore like: VLC, MX PLAYER or other … You can of course use it as an external player for your IPTV stream.

Important 2: The Android version of the application is still in its launch phase by the developers. This means that some features available in the SMART TV versions Samsung and LG may not be included in the Android version. However, the Smart IPTV application site promises to integrate them gradually.

Load your own playlist

It is preferable to use an url address to take advantage of the updates automatically, otherwise you can load your list in m3u format.

The Android version of the app does not include any channels. You can upload your own playlist by following the instructions.
